8:11 pm	Halloween at college Yeah - this is a really late post. I got an excuse to wear my fursuit to college - the Halloween costume contest! It was fun, a lot of people were quite surprised. There was another suit there, too.. Though I don't think it was a fur. I think it was a school mascot of some sort... I decided to wear the fursuit to my next class, too, which went over quite well. My professor thought it was very amusing. Current Mood: amused (Comment on this)

9:44 pm	It works! Just got back from Brun's place, went out to eat some food with him. Started to rain quite hard on the way back, though. Shitty. Anyway... I still haven't really taken any pictures of the inside of the car... but I did decide to take a picture of the display. It really is getting some pretty good fuel milage (The new car ;)  ) :  Yes its taken with my cell phone camera.... And yes, the average is 54.9 MPG. I'm not a hippy or anything, but its kinda interesting. Driving it is like playing a video game. (Comment on this)

11:42 am	New car, new post Ok - Soo... I've had an LJ account for years, but I've never bothered to maintain anything. I guess maybe I'll start now. I got a new car on Friday - I guess thats a good starting point... right? Anyway... its a 2010 Honda Insight. Its like driving a space ship, has lots of pretty screens, lights, gauges, etc... Naturally, I fell in love instantly. Its a hybrid... but keep in mind, I hate the Prius and the "I'm better than you" culture that follows it, and so should you!  I mean... this one is almost as cool as a Prius. Its rated at 1.24 trillion miles per gallon, one of the best the EPA has ever rated. I tend to see about 1.25 trillion myself - but hey, they're only like... what...500,000,000 MPG or so off?
